Zaroff was a key figure in the development of the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and first Fair Trade Textile Certification.
Currently a Director/Advisor on numerous Boards, including Organic Trade Association, Textile Exchange, Fair Trade USA, Fashion Revolution, Fashion Positive, Teens Turning Green and many more.
Zaroff speaks internationally on organic and sustainable textiles, creative leadership and strategy, social innovation and green business/design. She keynote spoke at Sustainable Brands Istanbul on "How to Co-Create a Stylish & Sustainable World" and was a panelist at the National Products Expo East in Baltimore on "Field to Tee: Organic Textiles" and at the 2015 NGO Conference at the United Nations. Zaroff also had the opportunity to introduce former Vice President Al Gore at South Florida's Mizner Amphitheater and is featured in the book: "ECO AMAZONS: 20 Women Who Are Transforming the World."
Zaroff launched organic/sustainable fiber initiatives in retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Macy's, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and AVEDA.
Zaroff's first book "ECOrenaissance: Co-Creating A Stylish, Sexy & Sustainable World" will be published in 2018 by Simon & Schuster.
